Christoph walked amidst the dancers, his eyes following the curves of a creature of beauty, his instincts telling him he was on the right trail. The dance floor wasn't too large, but unfortunately being primarily asian they all had similar features, so it was harder to track his mark. It was the typical asian scene; women who spent too much on make up and men who did the same. The air reeked of sin and excess; the atmosphere reminded him of his hunting days in the States. After elbowing past one guy who had too much eye liner on, he found the Beauty.

He scanned her curves from head to foot, her most notable features swaying to the rhythm of the beat. Even from the back, she was a sight to behold; if it was any other night he might have been allured by her notable charms. However he had a job to do. So he deduced his reasoning on following this woman. She was both a vision of beauty and radiated vitality and youth, standing out like a lone flame in the dark. And like moths, the creatures would come for her, coveting her flame. Just like last time...

For a moment an old pain flashed through his brown eyes, before disappearing as if it never had existed. His presence was already creating a rift in the atmosphere; his attire, manner and the fact that he wasn't bouncing to the beat had created a small circle around him. The Beauty finally sensed something and took a quick glance back, and he saw her features for the first time. But as she moved, Christoph saw her dancing partner; a too-thin man with unhealthy looking skin.

The pale man looked over at him, and Christoph met his red eyed gaze.

"Gefunden Sie..."

A subtle grin curling over sly lips; gazing into Aruka's eyes as he thought for a moment. Humans were such naive creatures, but this one he had taken a particular liking to. "My name?" Well, this vampire's true title had been long-lost amidst the flow of time, he was simply known by "Hibiki." He wasn't really one to spill his personal life to a stranger, so this simple introduction would suffice for the time being. Besides, he had much more important things on his mind at this very point in time.

The narrowing of his, fiery, crimson gaze beyond the young female would indicate something that displeased him intensely. Oh, how he knew that scent too well. You want to see how far down I can sink? Nostrils flared; there would be no mistaking that horrid smell.

Hibiki brought his form closer to Aruka in a more sensual manner. Hands extended to rest on either of her hips as he closed the gap between them. Neck craned to whisper softly in her ear, gentle lips grazing against her lobe. "Where are you from, m'love?" Eyes averted to gaze sinisterly at the gentleman who had so much nerve as to show his face in here.

Aruka’s eyes lit up as a subject was brought up; purring in his ears, she airily whispered to him, eyes motioning down where he laid his hands at, “Where I came from, you ask…”

She hissed, furrowing her eyebrows in a sinisterly lustrous way, “I just moved in last night, I’m new here.” Stifling a soft laugh, Aruka brought her eyes back to meet his, only to find him looking behind her. Curious, she turned her back to see who or what is was, only to find another quite stunning man glaring at them somewhat furiously.

Nudging Hibiki’s arm, she pulled closer to him, in fear of the strange man standing a few feet away from her, “You know him?” she asked, taking another glance at the man, who seemed glued to his ground, continuously staring at Hibiki.

Christoph sighs, shaking his head. If he was going to ignore his threatening demeanor, fine. So he took out one of his canteens, screwed the top off and flicked a large amount of holy water against the vampires face. The effect was instantaneous; he shrieked in pain or indignation, steam rising wherever the water touched his flesh. In his pain he'd flung the woman away from him, who then bounced against his chest. Taking her by the wrist he moved her away from him, making sure that his prey didn't escape from him. He glared down coldly at the vampire.

"Now I hope I have your rapt attention, Nosferatu..."

This will serve as your warning LordOfAllEvil, next time, a proper punishment shall be settled that of your act. For now, Hibiki can forfeit the act and have the "Holy Water" splash on a passing bar goer with the effects of the content above.

[ That was quite the GM! xD ]

Attention was returned to Aruka after having been nudged. With a smile, his right hand snaked to rest about midway up her spinal column. "We're..." He tried to find the right word for this sort of association with a slayer. "Acquaintances." Skeletal mass continued to sway to the music, reinstating their rhythm that seemed momentarily distracted by the man who seemed so painfully out of his place.

Out of the corner of his eye, the vampire caught a glare off the canteen that had been reflected from one of the many strobe lights. With inhuman speed, he maneuvered himself and Aruka beyond reach of the said Holy Water. This would inevitably cause it to splash on whatever creatures had congregated behind them.

A sneer manifesting in the corner of his lips. Idiot!

Aruka gasped, as the man now standing right before her had his skin severely burned by the liquid the other strange man spilled over their way. She was glad Hibiki pulled away along with her; the man was dangerous, and rude. Rushing to face the injured partygoer Aruka examined the wound as burnt flesh seared through the intoxicated air of the bar. Glaring angrily at the crowd who backed away in a circle, Aruka began to yell, taking the man outside the bar to rid away from the hostile stranger.

Before leaving the door, she glared back at the people and spat angrily, “Well don’t just stare and look at us like idiots, call an ambulance!”

The lady doctor rolled her eyes and returned her glare to the attacker, giving him an icy stare, “fucking retard…”

She shuffled away from a group of druggies chilling by the exit, the injured man by her shoulder. Aruka had totally forgotten to drag Hibiki alone, but the events just rushed and the man needs some medical attention and fast.

Luckily, the Ambulance arrived in a few minutes; but most of the witnesses already left, in fear of getting arrested. Aruka sighed, handing the man over to the medics, showing them her ID and license.

“Geez, what a night…”

OOC: ((Ummmm....I've never really been a stickler for rules...or facts...or reason...but...Holy water doesn't burn regular people. o.o;; ))

Aruka OOC: Baka! The bar is infested with other vampires, that explains it.

The screech of sirens in the distance broke the eerie silence of the cool night. A figure, under the cover of a dark cape and hood, stopped his aimless drifting and looked to sky, listening to the shrill sound until it faded away completely. The figure started drifting around again, his footsteps inaudible.

Eventually the shape came to rest and peered around the corner, the Tea House's lights illuminated his face. He was young with dark, shaggy hair that fell over his emerald green eyes. He was slightly pale and his face and the a face of innocence and naivety.

"What.." he whispered to himself as he scoped out the scene. "..Exactly happened here..?"

He drew back into the shadows and continued to observe. His eyes shone with curiosity as he inspected. 'Was it...a vampire..or just some drunken brawl..?'

He sighed, leaning back against a nearby wall.
