Hikaru gasped as she heard the warning and saw the small girl pop out of the ground. Her eyes hardening as her instincts as a Magic Knight took over, and she took her Escudo sword out of the red ruby orb that rested on her glove. If anyone else had seen this, they would be utterly flabbergasted, but Hikaru was not stranger to children with offensive positions.

Before the girl was even out of the dirt, Hikaru held her sword solidly inches to her neck, a rather scary look on her face that no one in this world had seen before; the look of aggression, like the dog who protects their territory and pack. Only Umi and Fuu had seen this face during their journeys together.

"If you leave now, then nobody has to get hurt! Leave!" she said with a harsh ferocity. She's had it; she's had enough of it all.

Kojin was shocked...He hadn't near anticipated a preemptive strike from the either of the magic knights in fact he hardly expected the kitsune to do anything. 'think fast, think fast' he thought, as he began to pace around the small underground alcove, "Damn" he said outloud as he clutched the flower root.

Up above the flower began to hum a gentle melody. Aera eyes dropped from Hikaru's sword to the ground below as tears began to well in her eyes. "Trump card" the flower spat. The flowers music was filling Aera's ears preventing her from hearing the voice of her beloved Kojin. "You see" Kojin paused "She's just like you Aruka-chan a person with no memories...you may even recognize her a bit...If she was in her natural form...or even if she had her natural memories" a laugh erupted from the flower itself.

Aera was scared...it was dark wherever she was, very few thoughts could even begin to form in the black that was her mind at that moment...All she could hear was that same song being played again and again...

Hikaru clenched her teeth and almost snarled as she put away the weapon. A very scary face indeed.

"You, you dare manipulate this girl?!" she screamed, her voice directed towards the odd flower, "What do you want here?! What is the purpose of all this?! Tell me, now!"

Hikaru didn't have to harm someone in order to disarm them. Much intensive training and experience from both Kendo and her journeys in Cephiro helped her prepare, if not already face such a challenge. While the girl was lost in her own world from some unknown cause that was most likely the boy's doing, Hikaru immediately did a hand chop over the girl's hand, most likely causing the weapon to be released.

The loud metallic clank of the large blade striking the stone below shook the girl from her dreams, and oddly enough the music began to play a different tune. She began to crawl forward whispering "Umi-chan"

"Enough" the flower said suddenly causing the girl to stop mid crawl just a few feet behind Hikaru. "Now now now... before you begin guessing" the flower said with a lackadaisical voice "I learned from little Aruka-chan over there...This little work of art has a new body and false memories, this one won't remember so easily"

Aera stood and dashed forward suddenly, taking advantage of the moment and leapt into a flying tackle at the small kitsune.

Misoka's ears were filled with the sound of the music. It was pleasant...calming...sad. After the excitement of seeing yet another human crawl from beneath the dirt. It was...nice to have calming music drifting across her ears. Misoka however was broken from these thoughts by a flying tackle from the same human girl that had risen from the dirt. Misoka silently promised herself to later thank Hikaru for disarming her, because as her mind had slowly been lulled into submission by the music Misoka could hardly react to let out a yelp, let alone move out of the way. Her eyes traveled to where her wisp once drifted to find that it was gone...'when I lost focus!' she thought now in a state of panic she looked into the eyes of her worst fear...an angry human 'she's going to kill me'

Aruka was alarmed, in a state of panic even. The swift turn of events rendered her almost helpless to the point of sliding down the ground, clutching her self close for comfort. She was lost in utter confusion and distress, having no idea why this person came for them, threatening them of their lives.

Grasping the nearby grass blades, her hands formed into fists as she gritted her teeth in anger. She felt rage in her heart, for her friends along with herself was being tortured mentally by this evil fiend that took joy out of their misery.

“How dare you,” she muttered, looking straight towards the blue flower that hummed a beautiful chorus in the air, “I know you’re watching us, but you’ll never break our hearts and give into your whines!”
