Alright then, let's start with what we want it based on. If i'm correct you haven't read the manga, right?

Yeah, but from what I know, the first part was pretty much the same with the Anime, but some events in the story of the second season was changed and went off differently. Like Presia and Eagle not dying and such.

Already have it. Anyways, while I'm working my way in the manga, we can have a head start on this. So obviously, our sub-genre is "angst", (heheh, pretty demented for the two femme fatale's of ARC) in which Hikaru gets injured. Hmh, are we gonna add some romance stuff in this?

Some romance would be good, but I always prefer romance to be on the side, since too much of it kinda kills it for me. I am a romantic though! I swear I am! I'll accept more than it just being on the side if you want!

We can add the romance when Hikaru is lying in bed sick (with Lantis taking care of her of course) and Fuu and Ferio. Umi, I dunno... you like AsMi and I'm CleMi, I guess we should just leave her loveless.

So, where should we start, back in Tokyo or Cephiro?

Yeah, you know, I'm starting to think that Umi can't really go with either Clef or Ascot. Ascot may have matured to look like an older individual, but whenever I think of them together, I can't really imagine them getting married or anything. And Clef seems... untouchable. He's 745 years old, what can you do? I know age doesn't really matter in Cephiro, but...

Let's see, lately I've been starting all my MKR roleplays and fanfics with Tokyo, let's start with Cephiro for once. I say that the antagonist should be something from a different country, or even from a different universe/dimension! Or maybe it could be a rebellious force from Cephiro itself.

Two birds, one stone. Fuu is the new enemy. What do you say we have Hikaru go to Cephiro alone after the Second Installment; after a few months (or years) Fuu and Umi somehow got word that Hikaru and Lantis are getting married. So at a given date by Hikaru, they both get transported to Cephiro.

How does Fuu become the enemy? Simple.

She goes back to Cephiro with Umi, only to find Ferio with a new lover. Hmh, so we all know that Fuu isn't wrathful, but this is a fic. What's an angst fic without friends having to fight each other, aye?

As for Umi, she would refuse both Clef and Ascot, saying that she can't leave her life on Earth. Of course, there's gonna be angst here. Like you said...

She would explain to Ascot that she only loved him as a little brother (you can add to this, I'm not really into AsMi). And Clef, (Anime-wise) she found that her love for him was perilious for the both of them. Him, being the Master Mage and all, and her, a non-Cephirian Citizen, with a life she needs to go back to on Earth.

After the wedding, Umi and Fuu are bound to go back to Tokyo, and they did. Umi left the Tower eventually, but Fuu lingered for a while, reminiscing the good old days with Ferio, and now, her broken heart.

That's where we get to the good stuff. Fuu finds out she can will herself back to Cephiro, b'coz of her strong will of revenge.

We both know that during the transportation to Cephiro, the time on Earth stops, but we can do it differently for Umi's sake. Fuu can only will herself to go back, but not make time stop. So Umi goes to look for Fuu, and when she was nowhere in sight, she suspects where she is and tries to find a way to reach Hikaru and Cephiro.

Hmmm, I tend to like to keep the characters in-character, so I think we need to have a reason why Fuu has become so revengeful. Something that'll reverse all Fuu's personal growth throughout the series (MKR is a "coming of age" series, right?).

I'd love the ending to be a tearful reunion with a lot of forgiveness. Actually, I'd like to try to make a fanfic that'll actually bring the readers to tears.

Omigosh, I was listening to a sad song while posting this, and then I was thinking about some scenes and stuff, then I suddenly got teary eyed. o.o;;;;;
