Character Biography:
Not much is known about Seiichi's early childhood. All anyone knows is that he wasn't originally from Kumogakure and that he came up from a small village in Lightning Country when he was nine by himself to enroll into the Academy as an orphan.

He proved himself to be quite talented as a child, some have said in the past that he had an unnatural talent...that he had to have had some shinobi blood in him. But, no one knows. Seiichi doesn't speak about anything that had happened to him before coming to Kumo, the young Sannin doesn't usually even think back on it.

He knew Katashi and Hayato through the academy, though they never became friends until Hayato and Seiichi were assigned to the same Tenbu Squad. It was during those times that Seiichi had the opportunity to come to know Hayato as something more than the lazy prankster kid he had portrayed himself as back in the academy and as a Genin. And, through Hayato, Seiichi came to understand Katashi a little better. Though Seiichi has no hope of ever becoming quite so close to the two best friends, he still views the two of them as his closest friends.

Character Description
He's a rather simple man, wearing dark gray cargo pants with several pockets and a black tanktop with a short khaki trench coat with even more pockets. He carries all sorts of things in his pockets -- both tools of his trade (shinobi and craftsmen alike) but also just odd little trinkets that he manages to find and feels like keeping.
